Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14),  Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Lr-32), Lactobacillus paracasei (Lpc-37), Lactobacillus plantarum (Lp-115), Bifidobacterium lactis (BI-04), Bifidobacterium bifidum (Bb-06), Saccharomyces boulardii (SNZ 1986)

Suggested Use

Basic Use: For optimal digestive health, take 1-2 capsules daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. This is effective for maintenance of healthy digestive bacteria balance and helps to prevent intestinal health complaints.

During and After Antibiotics: Before consuming Support Biotic at the same time as taking an antibiotic therapy, consult your health professional, as some drugs will negate any benefits of taking a supplemental healthy bacteria formula. After antibiotic usage, it is recommended that 2-4 capsules be taking daily, to restore healthy flora to the gut. This recommendation is a general one, and some individuals may benefit from lower or higher doses.

Allergen Information

Contains: Yeast
Formulated to be free of: Gluten, artificial colors and flavors.

Balance your Gut Flora

In a healthy digestive tract, different types of  bacteria live in harmony and contribute to health, metabolism of nutrients, detoxification, pathogen resistance, immunity, neurotransmitter regulation, and inflammatory control. When dysbiosis occurs and gut microbes are imbalanced, you are vulnerable to a myriad of health issues and need to consume a probiotic supplement that will replenish beneficial bacteria and restore healthy balance to the intestines.

After a digestive insult caused by antibiotics or dietary toxins, your gut is often starved of the healthy bacteria that properly digest foods and eliminate waste. This can lead to diarrhea, bloating, and abdominal discomfort. Support Biotic contains seven of the most researched probiotic strains to help resolve GI distress and improve overall vitality.

Support Biotic contains seven strains of Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, and Saccharomyces to properly balance your intestinal environment and encourage the growth of more beneficial bacteria.  In addition to aiding digestion, these strains support a healthy enteric nervous system. which is essential to immunity. This unique system of 100s of millions of nerve cells line your GI tract and act as a 2nd brain, controlling things like enzyme production, and modulation of neurotransmitters. Improper neurotransmitter levels can seriously affect emotional regulation and are yet another reason to use high quality probiotics.

The Support Biotic Advantage

Many of the strains sold today in other probiotic formulas  are barely studied or have extremely isolated benefits. Support Biotic was intentionally  formulated  with 7 strains known to  work and work synergistically in a safe and effective manner. Our use of freeze dried patented HOWARU strains ensure that you receive an uncompromised dose of the highest quality probiotics with every capsule.

The Strains

  • Lactobacillus acidophilus:  To nourish your gut’s healthy bacteria and fight bloating, abdominal pain, and diarrhea by defending against dietary toxins and “bad” bacteria.
  • Lactobacillus rhamnosus: A powerful strain that can survive the harsh conditions of the stomach and nourish your gut’s microbial lining.
  • Lactobacillus paracasei: To help balance inflammatory molecules and target cholesterol and fat balance within your digestive tract.
  • Lactobacillus plantarum: To support the growth of the healthy gut bacteria that can defend against abdominal symptoms and strengthen your gut-brain barrier.
  • Bifidobacterium lactis: To support nutrient absorption and defend against harmful and potentially life-threatening strains of bacteria.
  • Bifidobacterium bifidum: To enhance your gut immunity by targeting inflammation, immune cell function, and mucosal defenses.
  • Saccharomyces boulardii: A potent yeast that promotes your gut barrier by resisting your stomach environment, targeting harmful bacteria, and supporting healthy stool formation.

The freeze-dried patented stabilization technology from HOWARU® labs allows our formula to survive the harsh gastrointestinal environment and adhere to the intestinal tract to deliver superior results. LINK. No refrigeration is required, even after opening.

Science-Based Ingredients

  • Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14): This bacterial strain is naturally found within your intestines and works to enhance sugar digestion and cholesterol balance [1,2]. This strain supports mucosal defenses and gut function by releasing lactic acid and hydrogen peroxide, which neutralize damaging dietary toxins and supports the suppression of “bad” bacteria [3.4].
  • Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Lr-32): Since this bacterial strain can withstand the extreme pH ranges within your body, it is uniquely positioned to thrive within your gut [5]. By nourishing your healthy gut flora, rhamnosus supports the strength of your gut barrier, which defends against diarrhea and abdominal symptoms [6]. This feature is especially important when taking antibiotics, as they strip the intestinal mucosa of their protective bacterial defenders. L. rhamnosus may also help to build defenses against certain gut-mediated allergies [7].
  • Lactobacillus paracasei (Lpc-37): This immunity-supporting probiotic strain targets the intestinal bacteria and promotes the balance of inflammatory mediators and key cells, called T-helper cells [8]. Its properties may also support cholesterol balance and optimize fat storage [9,10].
  • Lactobacillus plantarum (Lp-115): As a member of the Lactobacillus genus, this strain is well-suited for the harsh conditions of the gut. Multiple clinical trials have suggested that plantarum may support the number of beneficial gut bacteria, which can lead to less diarrhea, bloating, and other inflammation-related symptoms [11]. This bacterial strain may also support memory, a balanced mood, and overall cognitive performance [12].
  • Bifidobacterium lactis (BI-04): This bacterial strain supports vitamin and mineral absorption, in addition to enhancing the immune response. It also supports the creation of an environment that may suppress the growth of life-threatening bacteria, such as Enterobacteriaceae and Clostridium [13]. Studies even suggest a strengthened immune response in vaccinated infants born to mothers who supplemented with lactis [14].
  • Bifidobacterium bifidum (Bb-06): This strain plays a significant role in gut barrier strength, which is essential to a branch of the immune system called innate immunity [15]. This strain interferes with inflammatory pathways and supports the function of immune cells, called white blood cells. Additionally, in response to facilitating mucin breakdown, bifidum supports mucin production to strengthen mucosal defenses against pathogens [16].
  • Saccharomyces boulardii (SNZ 1986):This beneficial yeast possesses several unique qualities, including an ability to survive at the low pH and harsh conditions of your stomach [17]. It also works to preferentially block the ability of harmful bacteria to thrive. In this way, boulardii supports your gut’s lining from damaging toxins and harmful bacteria that can cause diarrhea [18]. By targeting the intestinal wall, this strain may support stool caliber and quality [19].
